Sondery is proud to include an Affordable Housing program that will include apartment homes for rent within the 60%- and 80%-income limits for rent in the community. Our team recognizes the need for affordable housing in our great city, and this community was conceived to help provide some affordable options in a much-desired location. The program has been designed according to the City of Austin’s guidelines that specializes in creating neighborhood sustainability and community development.
