The Sondery is proud to include an Affordable Housing program in Austin, TX that will include apartment homes available for rent to residents who meet within the 60%- and 80%-income limits in the community. Our team recognizes the need for affordable housing in our great city, and this community was conceived to help provide some affordable options in a much-desired location. The program has been designed according to the City of Austin’s guidelines that specializes in creating neighborhood sustainability and community development.
